I hope everyone is social distancing, reading this is at home, snuggled up somewhere enjoying hours of Netflix, Pinterest scrolling, and feel-good Instagram accounts.
While I hope you are all doing well, despite the uncertain times we are all experiencing, I know many people are truly suffering during this time.
My heart goes out to everyone who is having many more issues than those of us who are just bored sitting inside.

First and foremost – I have heard about a lot of influencers promoting diets, workouts, etc. and people naturally are feeling negative about their bodies because we are out of our normal routines and can’t even go to a gym!
During times of stress and uncertainty (AKA – NOW) some of us find comfort in foods and even over-eating a lot of times. I know I do.
So, I suggest taking a minute to read my blog called Why You Should Love Your Body No Matter What.
In this blog, I talk about doing things that make you feel good and why you should always cherish and appreciate your body.
Go easy on yourself – times are strange.
The next post I want to mention is actually one that I wrote with our periods in mind, but it totally applies to now as well – 5 Things To Do For Your Mental Health During Your Period.
I mention my favorite self care tips (all can be done at home!) and activities to do when you’re not feeling your best, and I think we can all relate to that right now.
This is my favorite way to pass the time and actually be productive during quarantine – by changing up your space!
Last weekend I re-organized my room, moved a mantle from the garage upstairs, and re-potted several of my plants. It felt so good to clean things up and make things more beautiful.
